Physical Products
We accept returns of unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used journals
- Personalized products
- Autographed books
- Digital products
- Downloadable materials
- Gift cards
- Services already rendered
Bibliotherapy Reflection Sessions
Bibliotherapy Reflection Sessions are reserved specifically for you at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
To request a reschedule, please contact:
Cancellations
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future session.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice may forfeit their session fee.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.
